2. Hosting and technical access data

This website is operated entirely on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, no data is sent to Google or other font providers.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

4. Booking request

When you send a request we process your name, email address, optionally phone number, requested dates, number of guests and your message in order to answer your request and handle the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored in a Cloudflare data store (Workers KV) and reported to us by email. We send confirmations to you via Cloudflare Email Service. We delete the data once it is no longer needed to handle the booking and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Spam protection

To protect the form from automated requests we keep your IP address for at most one hour as a counter and use a hidden field. If enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which works without cookies and checks browser signals (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Please contact the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; the competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
